I have taught Mindfulness to all ages, mostly teenagers and adults since 2013, both in schools and companies and soon for people dealing with pain and illness.
My believe is that Mindfulness and Compassion can help people to live in peace and harmony with them self and other people.
Mindfulness is one of my core life skills and I want to give my best to help as many people as I can to try it out and see if Mindfulness can support their well-being.
I believe that people in all ages can benefit from practicing Mindfulness and Compassion.
